• Sarnoff’s silicon and product proven ESD design solution IP portfolio includes solutions for a very advanced and broad application scope: from 3um to 65nm, from 1V to 100V, CMOS & HV-CMOS, RF-CMOS, SOI, BiCMOS, BCD, Bulk, Epi... Our solutions provide full chip ESD protection and include protection strategies on device level, circuit level, IO level, and IC/SOC level.

• Sarnoff has established a robust patent portfolio covering its technology. Sarnoff also invests significantly in continuous industry wide ESD IP tracking and utilizes this information to maximize its IP position and customer benefit.

Business model: A reference IP compensation model is applied. Alternative variations can be considered case-by-case, in line with our overall business model philosophy to "Provide innovation services to TakeCharge licensees in a flexible and balanced way".
